Key Responsibilities

1. AI Development & System Engineering

• Design, develop and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and agentic AI systems using Python.
• Transform existing business workflows into efficient, intelligent and automated solutions.
• Make practical technical decisions that support product goals and business needs.

2. AI Deployment & MLOps

• Turn successful AI prototypes into reliable, production-ready applications.
• Improve system performance, scalability and reliability.
• Apply MLOps best practices to support ongoing deployment, monitoring and maintenance.

3. LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering

• Integrate and work with leading LLM providers, including OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude.
• Evaluate different AI models based on performance, accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Design and refine prompts, context management and LLM workflows to improve output quality and reliability.

4. AI Automation & Process Improvement

• Build intelligent automation solutions to streamline business operations.
• Explore and implement workflow automation tools such as n8n.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to existing processes and improve operational efficiency.

5. AI Security & System Monitoring

• Ensure secure and compliant handling of sensitive data across AI applications and third-party API integrations.
• Monitor AI system performance, including token usage, response time, accuracy and API costs.
• Establish observability practices to maintain system quality and operational efficiency.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the AI Task Force, product managers and business stakeholders.
• Understand business challenges and translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Contribute ideas and technical expertise to the company’s broader AI development strategy.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with a strong software engineering foundation, hands-on AI development experience and the ability to turn business needs into working solutions.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar AI-focused development role.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant AI and data science libraries.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering and context management techniques.
• Experience integrating APIs from AI providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude.
• Solid software engineering knowledge, including system design, API development and scalable application architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and building production-ready applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Added Advantages
