Job summary

Gen is seeking an Applied AI Scientist (Generative AI) to explore the latest AI advances and translate ideas into practical, AI-powered solutions. This hands-on role combines experimentation, development, and deployment in a fast-paced environment.

You will design and build applications, workflows, and intelligent systems, collaborating with scientists, engineers and product teams to deliver high-impact AI capabilities while upholding responsible AI practices.

About The Role

We are looking for an Applied AI Scientist (Generative AI) who is passionate about exploring and applying the latest advances in AI to create impactful products, capabilities, and experiences.

This is a hands-on role that combines experimentation, application development, and technical innovation. You will work with frontier AI technologies, explore emerging techniques, and transform promising ideas into practical AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and excited by the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You enjoy building, learning, and experimenting with new technologies while maintaining a strong focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.

• Strong technical judgment, software development, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to independently drive projects from idea to implementation.
• Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
