Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Data Science.
• 2-5 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or related roles.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and databases; ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications that support engineering and operational activities.
• Develop workflow automation solutions to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate data collection, analysis, reporting, and system monitoring.
• Integrate various business systems, databases, equipment, and third-party applications through APIs and middleware technologies.
• Maintain software documentation, source code repositories, and development standards.
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions that increase productivity and reduce administrative workload.
• Develop AI assistants and data analytics applications.
• Leverage Generative AI, ML, and automation platforms to streamline business processes.
• Develop software tools to support operations, test scheduling, equipment utilization tracking, and engineering workflows.
• Enhance test systems and test reporting through automation, data acquisition, and integration capabilities.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools for operational and engineering performance monitoring.
• Design databases to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Develop automated dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and management reporting tools.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across systems.
• Lead automation projects from concept through implementation.
• Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
