Port of Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Strategy Lead to plan and execute AI-driven transformation across procurement, warehouse, and material planning. You will develop a 3–5 year AI roadmap and drive data-driven decision making to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

The role requires 5–8 years in AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation, with ERP experience and strong leadership to govern initiatives, ensure security, and promote a data-driven supply chain

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, engineering, supply chain, or related field (Masters preferred).
5–8 years in AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation roles.
Experience in ERP systems and supply chain-related platforms (procurement, warehouse, or material planning).
Strong analytics: Python, SQL, and BI tools.
Strong business acumen with understanding of supply chain operations.
Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a 3–5 year AI roadmap aligned with PTPs supply chain strategy, including ROI evaluation.
Lead end-to-end AI and automation implementations with ERP (RAMCO), WMS, and procurement systems.
Drive AI-enabled procurement transformation with spend analytics and forecasting.
Enhance warehouse and inventory optimization through predictive analytics and forecasting.
Strengthen material planning with predictive models and digital visibility.
Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management with audit trails and cybersecurity adherence.
Lead capability building and change management, including training and stakeholder engagement.
