Job summary

You will map current practices, develop templates and dashboards, and document workflows.

You will collaborate with AP, procurement, and supplier managers, exploring AI-enabled methods to enhance reporting and analytics while gaining practical experience in a global manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement approach.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Familiarity with process mapping and Visio preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in AI technologies and AI-enabled working methods.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Map current SOA management practices across SIG EMS and subcontractors.
• Develop standardized SOA templates and reconciliation trackers.
• Create process SOPs, training materials, and governance guidelines.
• Support pilot implementation with contract manufacturers.
• Explore AI-enabled solutions to improve documentation and analytics.
• Produce final report, recommendations, and implementation roadmap.
