Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a leading professional services firm to appoint a visionary leader for the Quality Assurance and Technical (QAT) department. You will bridge auditing, accounting, technology, and AI to identify and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance audit quality, productivity, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Educational background with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/IS/CS or related field.
• 5–12 years of relevant experience; external audit experience required (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of ISA, ISQM 1 & 2, MFRS/IFRS, Bursa Malaysia requirements.
• Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation initiatives within Audit & Assurance by evaluating technologies, developing AI tools, and running PoCs.
• Identify opportunities to automate audit procedures, documentation, and workflows.
• Maintain and update audit methodology, support new standards, and conduct deep technical research.
• Develop AI-enabled knowledge databases and governance policies to manage data privacy and confidentiality.
