Job summary

Lancesoft APAC seeks an experienced AI DevOps Engineer to provide L2/L3 support and drive AI-driven automation across critical enterprise applications running on Linux/Unix, Java/J2EE, Oracle Database, and WebLogic Server.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and the ability to design AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, enable proactive incident management, and reduce manual intervention.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications in Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with Agentic AI and AI-driven automation advocated for IT Operations.
Proven ability to design and implement AI-driven automation to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for critical enterprise applications.
Participate in 24x7 production support as required.
Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents.
Ensure SLA adherence and perform RCA for recurring issues.
Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Database teams to resolve issues.
Support deployments, environment management, and production releases.
Develop and maintain AI-driven automation and runbooks.
Design self-healing and proactive incident management capabilities.
Integrate AI agents with monitoring, alerting, and ITSM tools.
