Job summary

ARRK Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites applications for a data/ software position focused on large-scale sensor, vehicle, and fleet data. You will develop scalable services, automate data pipelines, and apply machine learning to drive automated driving function development and validation.

You will collaborate with a motivated team to deliver impactful projects while growing technical expertise. Ideal candidates have strong Python and SQL, experience with Spark and cloud tools, and a background in data

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Data Eng/Software Eng or related field.
• Proficient Python; intermediate C/C++.
• Experience with SQL, Spark, data modeling.
• Experience creating dashboards (ADX/Grafana/Quicksight).
• Experience with cloud tools (Azure/AWS/Foundry).

Responsibilities

• Develop highly scalable services for processing and analysis of large-scale datasets.
• Automate data transformations and pipelines on the data platform.
• Solve problems via Machine Learning, including LLMs or Embedded AI.
• Evaluate new trends and technologies to shape architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during development, deployment and operation.

YOUR TASKS

• Develop highly scalable services for the processing and advanced analysis of large-scale datasets using modern data-science methodologies.
• Automate and implement data transformations and pipelines on the provided data platform.
• Solve problems via Machine Learning, namely Large Language Models or Embedded AI.
• Evaluate the latest trends and technologies, shaping our architectural decisions, and driving innovative solutions.
• Close collaboration with stakeholders and customers during development, deployment, and operation to continuously improve quality.
• Maintenance and support of the developed software.
• Creation of documentation and presentations for the software

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Machine Learning or similar.
• Expertise in data manipulation, data modeling, engineering, and/or management e.g. (SQL/KQL, relational databases, Spark).
• Expertise in data science, analytics, and/or machine learning.
• Ability to create clear, insightful dashboards and reports (e.g. ADX, Grafana, Quicksight).
• Experience with cloud tools (Azure, AWS, or Palantir, e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Foundry).
• Excellent Python skills, intermediate C/C++ proficiency.
• Experience or interest in the automotive/ ADAS environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus but not required.
