Job description

Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.

Design and implement data models to support business reporting and decision-making.

Develop automation solutions and scripts using Python and other programming languages.

Build AI-powered solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies.

Work with structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems, knowledge bases, support platforms, and business applications.

Utilize Databricks for data processing, analytics, and AI solution development.

Develop proof-of-concepts and production-ready AI solutions.

Collaborate with business, IT, and technical teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption.

Support data quality improvement, governance, and validation activities.

Evaluate and optimize AI solution performance.

Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Data Science or related engineering.

1-2 years relevant working experience.

Prerequisite

Strong Python programming and scripting skills.

Experience with data analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and data modelling.

Experience working with Databricks.

Strong SQL and database knowledge.

Working knowledge of AI technologies, including:

Generative AI

Agentic AI

Prompt Engineering

Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to independently drive projects from concept to implementation.
