Responsibilities

• Annotate emails for AI filters machine learning.
• Review email elements and analyze online resources.
• Detect and block malicious URLs and phishing attempts.
• Label data for training AI and machine learning models.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure KPIs are met.
• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day operations.
