Job summary

INK Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled video post-producer to join our team in Malaysia. The role centers on creating AI-assisted video content, developing concept mock-ups, storyboards, and mood boards for client pitches, and translating briefs into AI-generated visuals.

You will stay ahead of AI tools, edit diverse formats, handle colour grading and audio, and collaborate with directors to ensure brand alignment. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in video post-production with recent AI tooling experience.
• Strong portfolio showing both editing quality and AI-assisted work.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines; communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Produce concept mock-ups, storyboards, and mood boards for client pitches using AI image/video tools
• Translate creative briefs into AI-generated visual references; iterate with directors and writers to align with brand guidelines
• Stay ahead of the AI tool landscape and proactively bring new capabilities to the team
• Edit long and short-form video content across commercial, brand, social, and event formats
• Handle colour grading, audio sync, motion graphics, subtitling, and AI asset integration
• Manage file organisation, project handoffs, and versioning
• Help productise AI workflows into client-facing offerings; document replicable pipelines
• Support client presentations with AI-generated visuals on short turnarounds

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years video post-production experience; 1–2 years actively using AI generation tools
• Strong portfolio showing both editing quality and AI-assisted creative work
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, communicate clearly in English

Responsibilities:

We are expanding our AI capabilities to offer clients AI-assisted content production — spanning creative concepting, visual mock-up generation, and post-production. Regular async collaboration with Singapore team (GMT+8).
