Job summary

Hiredly X, the headhunting team of Hiredly, is seeking a fresh or early-career digital marketing specialist in Malaysia. You will create AI-driven social posts and short marketing copy, edit assets in Canva or Photoshop, and manage client content schedules across IG, Facebook, and TikTok.

You will work with the team to grow AI copy and design skills, draft campaigns, and support social media management for clients, while learning to pitch campaigns and refine visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Mass Comm, or Graphic Design.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI) and social media platforms (IG, FB, TikTok).
• Good eye for layout, basic design, and color.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Create daily AI-driven social posts, graphics and short marketing copy; edit in Canva/Photoshop and run client content schedules.
• Join hands-on team managing client social accounts and campaigns.
• Grow AI copy+design skills and pitch campaigns!
• Use AI tools to create daily social media posts, graphics, and simple marketing copy.
• Edit and touch up AI-generated designs using Canva or Photoshop to match brand guidelines.
• Draft social media captions, short ad copy, and campaign ideas with AI assistance.
• Assist the team in managing client social media accounts and content schedules.
