Job summary

Allianz Services seeks a hands-on AI Automation Lead to drive enterprise automation from concept to production. You will design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions, leading teams through complex challenges and ensuring scalable, reliable delivery within Allianz Group.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in automation, 3+ years in AI/ML, and hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and Azure cloud services. This role is restricted to Malaysian and Singaporean applicants.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on automation development with production deployments.
• 3+ years AI/ML or LLM-based automation experience.
• Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps).
• Experience with Python, APIs, CI/CD, and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and architecture for AI automation initiatives.
• Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using approved frameworks.
• Design multi-agent workflows for end-to-end automation.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, and automation platforms.
• Define and enforce engineering standards through code reviews and mentoring.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready with monitoring, CI/CD, and safeguards.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and guide delivery execution.

We’relooking for a hands-on AI Automation Lead to drive AI-driven automationinitiatives from concept to production. You’ll design, build, and deploy agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions, while providing technical leadership and ensuring production-ready delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who leads by building—comfortable with hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and guiding teams through complex automation challenges.

• Own technical design and architecture for AI automation initiatives

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, and automation platforms
• Define and enforce engineering standards through code reviews and technical mentoring
• Ensure solutions are production-ready with monitoring, CI/CD, and operational safeguards
• Partner with stakeholders toidentifyautomation opportunities and guide delivery execution

What you bring

• 7+ years of hands-on automation development experience, including production deployments
• 3+ years of recent experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based automation
• Practical experience with agentic AIframeworks (LangGraph,LangChain,AutoGen,CrewAI, or similar)
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and system integrations
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, or equivalent)
• Experience with Python, APIs, CI/CD, and automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, etc.)
• Proven ability to act as a technical lead, mentor developers, and deliver solutions to production
