• Recommend appropriate fertilizer, bio-stimulant, and bio-fertilizer programs.
• Conduct field trials and demonstrate product performance.
• Deliver grower training, field days, and technical presentations.
• Collect field data and report insights to the team.

Skills

Hands-on experience with vegetable or orchard crop production in highland environments

Strong problem-solving ability in crop management

Good communication and grower-engagement skills

Willing to travel within Cameron Highlands and nearby areas

Education
