Job summary

Aonic SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled UAS Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain unmanned aerial vehicles, train customers, and manage maintenance records.

The role requires knowledge of drone parts, safety standards, and leadership abilities, with a technical certificate or diploma in engineering and relevant certifications. Candidates will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality service, compliance with industry standards, and ongoing skills development in a dynamic drone

Qualifications

• Technical troubleshooting skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Basic MS Office (Word & Excel) proficiency.
• Technical certificate or Diploma in Electronic, Mechanical or any engineering discipline.
• Valid Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency - Basic (RCOC-B) and RCOC Module 2 (AGR) or RPTO-approved certifications.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of unmanned aerial vehicles and related equipment.
• Follow defined processes and procedures.
• Train customers on drone piloting and basic maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance and inventory records per timeline.
• Gain knowledge of drone parts and hardware specs per company standards.
• Maintain safe work area practices and improve processes for safety compliance.
• Lead and develop other team members.
• Support possible integrations growth.
• Observe customer needs and recommend additional products/services.
• Discharge duties in line with ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) UAS Operations requirements.
