Job Description
- Manage and oversee the company's collections control functions.
- Develop and implement strategies for collections risk management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in relation to collections with any external agencies.
- Drive the performance of the collections control team through effective leadership and management.
- Monitor and report on collections control performance and metrics.
- Implement strategies to improve collections control efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated and coordinated approach to credit and collections control.
- Participate in business planning and strategy development.
The Successful Applicant
A successful AGM - Collection Performance Management should have:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of collections control and risk management practices.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a collection control environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Finance or a related field
