Agile Team Coordinator

Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Support Scrum teams moderating Agile ceremonies and processes
2. Promote self-organized and independent working within the team
3. Help identify and assist with removing impediments or roadblocks that may be hindering team progress
4. Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
5. Assist the Product Owner with prioritization and product backlog management
6. Track team performance metrics such as velocity and burndown charts
7. Identify areas for process improvement and support with implementing changes
8. Assist in organizing and supporting Agile events and trainings
9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team and the organization

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree
2. 1-3 years of experience in a team-based role
3. Strong Soft skills – active listening, conflict resolution and ability to influence without authority
4. Basic understanding of Agile/ scrum
5. Problem solving mindset – enjoys helping teams work more efficiently
6. Growth-oriented – eager to learn Agile/ Scrum under mentorship
7. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing flow is a plus
