Job Summary

We are looking for an Agency Talent Development Executive to plan and execute all sales initiatives/campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to drive and improve the overall onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and execute all administrative duties, including but not limited to pre- and post-enrollment of CEO (Career of Excellence and Opportunities) agents.
2. Manage, track, and monitor CEO agents' performance to achieve business targets assigned by the company.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in planning and organizing activities that drive productivity and recruitment.
4. Co-train the 90-day onboarding program with the trainer.

Key Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably with agency/distribution experience.
• Highly driven with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Good collaboration skills and a team player.
• Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT to simplify work and processes.
