We are looking for an Agency Talent Development Executive to plan and execute all sales initiatives/campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to drive and improve the overall onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all administrative duties including pre and post enrolment of CEO (Career of Excellence and Opportunities) agents.
• Manage, track, and monitor CEO agents' performance to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and organise activities that enhance productivity and recruitment.
• Co-train the 90-day onboarding programme with the trainer.

Key Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably with Agency/Distribution experience.
• Highly driven with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Good collaboration skills and a team player.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT to simplify work and processes.
