Job summary

Qualifications

About the Role

Take the lead in executing and coordinating strategies with Agency Leaders to drive results and exceed performance targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute quality recruitment activities, working closely with Agency Leaders to meet regional recruitment targets.
  • Utilize company technology and the elite academy ecosystem to monitor the performance of life planners and analyze recruitment quality.
  • Maximize distribution productivity by aligning initiatives with agency segmentation.
  • Conduct regular visits and meetings to gather field information for strategic planning and resolve branch-level issues.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Agency Records, Recruitment, Compliance, Legal, and Actuary teams to support agency business.
  • Act as a mediator for agency-related conflicts, effectively communicating between the company and agency force.
  • Build a positive culture and people systems to create sustainable business performance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor to meet sales and other objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree from a reputable university.
  • Professional qualifications like AMII, ACII, AAII, or others are an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in insurance or marketing, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Outgoing, sociable, resourceful, independent, and effective at communication at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a flair for innovation and creativity.
