The Role:

• Implement Recruitment Strategies and hiring plans with the objective to meet recruitment numbers for Insurance Agents
• Conduct recruitment initiatives such as Business Opportunity Program (BOP), Networking Event and Career Talk at National and Regional level
• Secure partnership with universities and colleges to increase career awareness and full time new recruits
• Drive year 1 and year 2 agents' productivity
• Monitor, measure and evaluate recruitment activities and contest results
• Prepare periodical recruitment reports and communicate to business stakeholders that includes but not limited to management team, business development team and agency force
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insight to management; conduct root cause analysis to understand shortfall and thereafter recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow through with business development team and agency force for implementation of scheduled recruitment activities and initiatives
• Ensure business development team and agency force are being updated with the latest Recruitment Strategies and Activities
• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
• Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
• Other responsibilities entailed

The Person:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline and/or related
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Insurance Industry, specializing in Insurance Recruitment or Business Development
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Points
• Target driven, analytical thinking, resourceful and good team player
• Able to work under stress
• Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently
• High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
• Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
