About the Job

Lead a branch to optimise productivity and recruitment targets.

  • Optimise agency sales performance through continuous support to assigned Agency Leaders to achieve production and recruitment goals.
  • Organise impactful events and activities, virtually or physically, to build recruitment momentum among assigned agencies.
  • Plan and execute product-based customised training and programs for agencies to enhance their awareness of the latest product developments.
  • Monitor the performance of agencies across various ranks and build rapport to work closely for better business outcomes.
  • Identify challenges and support needs of assigned agencies and collaborate to achieve desired results.
  • Be creative in initiating and organising ad-hoc events or activities to boost agency performance.
  • Analyse effective strategies and tools that contribute to agencies' achievement of yearly goals, creating a win-win situation.
  • Formulate and execute business models for agencies to ensure consistent performance.
We are looking for people who
  • Possess a recognised degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, International Business, Finance, Investment, Economics, or related fields.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Life Insurance, focusing on business development within the agency channel.
  • Have a proven track record of growing Life Insurance Agency business.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to build rapport quickly with agencies.
  • Are performance-oriented, creative, market-savvy, with high verbal and numerical literacy.
  • Possess well-trained public speaking skills, which are valuable and important for this role.
  • Are efficient in event organising and presentation skills, with high accountability to ensure tasks are delivered effectively to achieve desired impacts and results.
