Agency Business Development, Assistant Manager (Butterworth)

Join our team as an Agency Business Development Assistant Manager based in Butterworth. Focus on enhancing productivity and quality recruitment, organizing recruitment activities, and conducting agency meetings and training sessions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting 1:1 performance reviews with leaders and implementing improvement actions.
2. Monitoring and tracking agency sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
3. Providing solutions to agency queries and ensuring timely responses.
4. Checking and transmitting agency documents to HQ within specified timelines (e.g., ROP appeal, AOM, LAB, new agent contract, transfer of policy, change of bank account).
5. Building strong rapport with agencies.
6. Supporting various agency events and activities such as BOP, Roadshows, and Training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in any field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Position based in Butterworth.
