A leading company in the automotive industry is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive after-sales training programs. This role focuses on enhancing customer service best practices and requires at least 5 years of experience in non-technical training. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in the automotive sector, particularly in Electric Vehicles and e-learning platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales non-technical training in automotive industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language: English/Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for after-sales which focus on customer service best practices which including effective communication skills, handling customer complaints and resolving issues etc.
  • Develop and deliver Standard Service Process training.
  • Conduct Standard Service Process assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure team competency.
  • Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product developments and market trends.
  • Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
  • Support sales training programs as needed.
  • Create training reports and Analyze training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales non-technical training in automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with automotive technical knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to assess trainee learning and provide constructive feedback
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with e-learning platforms a plus.
  • Experience in Electric Vehicle is a plus.
  • Language: English/Bahasa Malaysia, mandarin is plus.
  • Willing to travel regionally to conduct training sessions.
