Job Description

  • Manage Affiliates: Own end-to-end relationships with Shopee Affiliates, from onboarding to performance tracking and engagement
  • Campaign Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and partners to plan and execute Affiliates activities across platforms
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze data to evaluate campaign impact and continuously improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, analytics, operations, and product teams to align campaign goals and streamline Affiliates operations
  • Market Research: Stay updated on influencer trends, content formats, and competitor programs to keep Shopee ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Experienced in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Key Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Campaigns
  • Experienced in managing relationships and running campaigns with influencers or content creators
  • Comfortable using data and Excel/Google Sheets to drive performance decisions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for e-commerce, social media, and creator economy
