A leading company is seeking an experienced Affiliate & Partnership Manager to spearhead their affiliate marketing initiatives. Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Affiliate & Partnership Manager to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives and build meaningful partnerships that drive growth. This role combines affiliate program development with partnership outreach and requires someone with strong business acumen and a performance-driven mindset. Experience in influencer marketing is preferred, as the role may overlap with campaign efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the full affiliate journey: from deal sourcing, affiliate sales page setup, to campaign tracking, fulfilment, and payout processes.
Collaborate on 360° marketing initiatives to ensure affiliate campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing calendar and brand messaging across channels.
Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates (including influencers) who are aligned with brand campaigns. Ensure they are equipped with the right assets and affiliate links.
Collaborate with internal teams to build compelling affiliate landing pages in line with brand deals and product offerings.
Design and optimise tiered commission structures and incentive schemes to reward top-performing affiliates, based on accumulated order tiers (e.g., 10% for 1,000 orders, 13% for 1,001+, 15% for 5,000+).
Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using relevant tools and KPIs.
Establish and maintain strategic brand partnerships that can feed into the affiliate funnel; ensure all collaborations align with company goals and performance metrics.
Use data insights to analyse affiliate conversion rates, ROI, and partner contribution. Adjust strategies to improve order volume and partner performance.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow—from purchase to fulfilment to commission payout.
Support broader influencer or campaign-related efforts where overlap with affiliate marketing exists.
Represent the company in external meetings, events, and roadshows when required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate tracking, and optimization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and secure strategic partnership opportunities.
Experience dealing directly with brand stakeholders for campaign alignment, deal negotiation, or strategic planning is an added advantage.
Experience or exposure in influencer marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with e-commerce or logistics-driven affiliate programs is a plus.
Bonus: Existing relationships with government agencies (e.g., SIDEC, MDEC) or prior experience in handling Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
Comfortable with traveling for roadshows, events, or meetings.
