MEDICTAL ESTE SDN BHD is seeking an experienced aesthetic care professional to lead patient consultations, assess medical histories, and develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and safety standards.

You will perform non-surgical and minimally invasive procedures within credentialed scope, educate patients on options and risks, document thoroughly, and collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless care.

Aufgaben

• Conduct professional consultations to evaluate patients’ aesthetic goals, medical histories, facial structures, and skin concerns to create personalized treatment plans.
• Safely perform non-surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures within the authorized scope of LCP credentials and clinic privileges.
• Provide clear clinical advice on treatment alternatives, realistic expected outcomes, contraindications, potential risks, and detailed pre- and post-procedure instructions.
• Build and nurture enduring patient relationships characterized by high professionalism, active listening, and personalized follow-up care.
• Coordinate with beauty consultants, skin therapists, nurses, and front-desk clinic staff to maintain continuity of care and ensure smooth operational flow.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date patient records, facial assessments, and consultation notes strictly complying with clinical SOPs and statutory guidelines.
• Partner with the medical director to practice, maintain, and elevate premium aesthetic clinical protocols.
• Stay updated on innovations, techniques, and technologies in aesthetic medicine by participating in scheduled internal and external training sessions.
