Job description

Aesthetic Medical Assistant/ Aesthetic Clinic Consultant (Commission Available)

Diploma or degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in the wellness and healthcare industry will be an advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Both male and female candidates are welcome.

Required language(s): English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor

Responsibilities:

Assisting doctor in the delivery of a wide range of aesthetic treatments, such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures

Perform professional consultation on related aesthetic concerns, recommending personalized aesthetic treatments to achieve patient’s goal

Preparing treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient workflow

Providing exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, guiding them through treatment processes, follow up and answering any questions or concerns they may have

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant medical and legal regulations

Supporting the team in managing inventory, ordering medical supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine

Performs other related duties as required.
