Job description

Aesthetic Medical Assistant/ Aesthetic Clinic Consultant (Commission Available)

Diploma or degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in the wellness and healthcare industry will be an advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Both male and female candidates are welcome.

Required language(s): English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting doctors in delivering a wide range of aesthetic treatments, such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, and other procedures.
2. Conducting professional consultations on aesthetic concerns and recommending personalized treatments to meet patient goals.
3. Preparing treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure safety and efficiency.
4. Providing exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, guiding them through treatments, follow-ups, and addressing questions or concerns.
5. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical and legal regulations.
6. Supporting inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment.
7. Participating in ongoing training to stay updated with advancements in aesthetic medicine.
8. Performing other duties as required.

Salary package includes basic salary plus commission, allowances, incentives, and benefits such as EPF, Socso, EIS, medical coverage, and staff discounts.
