Job summary

Avea Aesthetics & Women's Clinic and Avea Men's Clinic are expanding in Johor Bahru, seeking experienced Aesthetic Doctors to join our dynamic team. You will perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures, conduct detailed consultations, and develop personalised treatment plans to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD).
• Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess APC.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and other treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to understand concerns, expectations, and treatment goals.
• Develop personalised treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver high standards of patient care while ensuring safety, professionalism, and excellent clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation and clinical notes.
• Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare and expected outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous learning and professional development.
• Work closely with the clinic team to provide a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
• Comply with company policies and MOH regulations and medical protocols.
• Conduct regular CME or training to consultants & therapists.
• Achieve KPI and sales targets as directed by management.
• Participate in social media for digital marketing purposes.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Medicine (MBBS/ MD) or equivalent.

• Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)

• Looking for experienced doctors. LCP Doctor will be added advantage and additional remuneration.
