Job summary

Purelife Aesthetic Sdn Bhd – Johor Bahru, Johor is expanding its Avea Aesthetics & Women's Clinic and Avea Men's Clinic. We are seeking passionate Aesthetic Doctors to join our team and provide evidence-based aesthetic and medical treatments with a strong focus on patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures, consult with patients, and develop personalised plans while maintaining records and participating in CME and social marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• MMC registration and APC required.
• MMC-registered doctors with APC preferred; LCP advantage.
• Comprehensive, structured training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic procedures including injectables, lasers, and skin rejuvenation.
• Conduct patient consultations to understand concerns and goals.
• Develop personalised treatment plans and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients on options, aftercare, and outcomes.
• Keep up with advances in aesthetic medicine through CME and training.
• Contribute to KPI achievement and sales targets.

As we continue to grow in Johor Bahru, we are looking for passionate and experienced Aesthetic Doctors to join our dynamic team.

Job Scope

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and other treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to understand concerns, expectations, and treatment goals.
• Develop personalised treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver high standards of patient care while ensuring safety, professionalism, and excellent clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and clinical notes.
• Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and expected outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous learning, training and professional development.
• Work closely with the clinic team to provide a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
• Comply with company's and MOH standard operation and regulations, including company policies and medical protocols.
• Conduct regular CME or training to consultants & therapists.
• Achieve KPI and sales targets given by management team.
• Participate in social media for digital marketing purpose.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Medicine (MBBS/ MD) or equivalent.
• Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Looking for experienced doctors. LCP Doctor will be added advantage and additional remuneration.
