Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience repairing and maintaining precision airfoil components for aircraft engines.
• Operate and master measuring tools (e.g., vernier calipers) and production/manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with skilled technicians, senior technicians, and gate leaders to ensure compliance with global aviation standards.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity in all tasks.
• Learn and apply industry methods such as grinding & machining in day‑to‑day operations.
• Contribute to operational efficiency by supporting production teams in MRO processes.
