Job summary

Parker Hannifin Malaysia Sdn Bhd, also known as Parker Aerospace, invites fresh graduates to join the Assembly & Testing Technician (Test Stand) team. Based in Shah Alam, the role focuses on assembling mechanical components, setting up test stands, running tests, and ensuring they meet specifications according to drawings and procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in mechanical/aviation engineering or related field.
• Experience in assembly, testing, or manufacturing with tools/fixtures.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and procedures.
• Good hand skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication and ability to work with others.
• Willingness to learn and support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Set up and operate test stands and test equipment per work instructions.
• Perform product testing such as pressure, flow, and other checks.
• Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Record test results and inspection findings accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; support continuous improvement.
• Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated and in good condition.
