Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage the company’s assignments primarily in relation to tax advisory work.
• Assist with incorporating restructuring, tax due diligence and other advisory jobs.
• Research, analyze and interpret tax legislation / tax incentives.
• Assist in tax audit and investigation engagements.
• Assist in real property gains tax, stamp duty and indirect tax engagements.
• Monitor and update any technical and business developments.
• Hold meetings with clients and government authorities.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
