A leading global provider of customer experience solutions is seeking a Sales Adviser in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves supporting potential customers with sales processes, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have experience in sales and adhere to strict guidelines for documentation and privacy.
· Contact and support potential customers who submitted incomplete digital leads.
· Assist in the completion of credit card applications and related documentation.
· Recommend and sellcredit cards and related products/services as approved.
· Ensure all sales activities complywith sales guidelines and conduct standards.
· Refrain from making any promises, warranties, or representations on behalf ofthe company.
Process Adherence:
· Review and validate application forms and supporting documents before submission.
· Submit applications and documents viadigital onboarding platform on a daily basis.
· Ensure accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Customer Experience & Reporting:
· Address and escalate complaints from potential customerswhen necessary.
· Provide weekly performance reports and updatesasrequired.
· Support customer onboarding while maintaining a professional and efficient approach.
Training & Management:
· Remain familiar withtraining manual and process guidelines.
· Support ongoing compliance training and sales script updates.
Data Privacy & Security:
· Ensure no customer data is stored or retained beyondcompany system.
· Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere tocompany data protection policies.
