Are you ready for challenges?

• You will search for new suitable partners and suppliers, coordinate networks, and draft framework agreements with the purchasing department.
• You will process resource requests, handle contracts, and fulfill project requirements both nationally and internationally within the Global Business Managed Services environment.
• You will ensure the fulfillment of the RSM approval process and act as the contact person for our staffing tool and skills management.
• You will collaborate with other Global Resource Managers and business units such as Controlling, Legal, or Compliance.
• You will support the adaptation and optimization of existing Resource & Supplier Management processes.

• You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• You have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• You are characterized by an independent, structured, and proactive work style, along with strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Your approach is calm and level-headed, even in challenging situations.
• You possess intercultural competence.
• You have very good written and spoken English skills.
