Job Responsibilities:

1. Casual Leasing / Promotional Space

To coordinate logistics requirements for both internal and external event setup & dismantle process.

Plan and run events to attract visitors and boost tenant sales.

Rent out promo spaces (e.g. pushcarts, booths) to generate income.

Find events that match the mall’s brand and increase footfall.

Handle enquiries from walk-ins and calls about promo space.

Build partnerships with external brands to support marketing.

Work with tenants to align promotions and improve retention.

2. Advertising Space / Media Sites

Keep records of available ad spaces.

Rent out media and ad spaces to generate revenue.

Manage walk-in and phone enquiries about ad space.

Ensure timely renewal of ad space contracts.

Provide marketing support to tenants when needed.

3.Social Media & Website

Work with the social media agency to plan content.

Help grow followers and boost online engagement.

Post updates and promotions for the mall and tenants.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or similar.

At least 3 years of experience in shopping malls or retail property.

Good at working with different teams and external partners.

Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator.

Willing to stay back after 10pm for event setup and cleanup.

Open to doing other tasks when needed, as assigned by your supervisor.
