Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing billboard advertising operations, including planning, booking, and coordination.
  2. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  3. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local authorities for billboard installations and maintenance.
  5. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential advertisers (clients).
  6. Monitor and report on the performance of billboard campaigns.
  7. Keep track of industry trends and competitors to provide market insights.
  8. Ensure all advertising content complies with regulations and company standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in outdoor advertising, media sales, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Knowledge of outdoor advertising regulations is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  7. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
