Job summary

Sandisk in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an experienced engineering support professional to provide advanced technical support, diagnose complex problems, test and calibrate equipment, and maintain thorough documentation.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, customize systems to project specs, ensure safety and standards compliance, and contribute to process improvement while working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in advanced technical support or engineering support roles.
• Knowledge of engineering systems, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
