Qualifications

• Experience operating and monitoring anodizing production lines for aluminum or titanium components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor anodizing production lines, including cleaning, degreasing, masking, and racking/fixturing.
• Set up equipment readiness: power supply, rectifier connections, tank levels, timers, and safety systems.
• Control process parameters to achieve specified oxide thickness and surface properties; perform regular bath analyses.
• Record inspection data and maintain batch logs for traceability; identify and address non-conformances.
