A leading consulting firm in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle day-to-day clerical duties and support HR and accounts administration. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Certificate in Administration and at least 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. This role offers a structured working environment with regular hours from Monday to Friday.
Working Days : 5-day working (Monday – Friday)
Working Hour : 8.30am – 5.30am
Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical duties
Prepare and maintain documents, records, and filing systems
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Support HR and accounts administration (attendance, invoices, basic data entry)
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
Assist in report preparation and office coordination
Ensure smooth operation of office administration
Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Administration or related field
At least 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
