Job summary

WKV HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. – Balakong, Selangor invites applications for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The role focuses on handling warehouse documentation, data entry, stock checks, and coordination with suppliers and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, medical leave, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle warehouse documentation and data entry.
• Prepare and check DO and stock records.
• Update inventory and maintain proper filing.
• Assist with purchasing and supplier follow-up.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team.
• Perform general administrative duties.
