Job summary

A leading university in Malaysia seeks an Administrative Officer for the Campus Lifestyle Section. In this role, you will oversee student residential operations, manage study loan applications, and coordinate activities aimed at enhancing student well-being. KEY ROLES :

  • Oversee student residential operations and activities to ensure smooth administration and efficient daily operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of student study loan applications.
  • Coordinate and support student registration activities.
  • Formulate and implement welfare initiatives to enhance student well-being.
  • Provide administrative support and oversight for the Students’ Representative Committee (SRC).
  • Monitor and facilitate Student Development and Campus Lifestyle programmes.
  • Plan and execute student sports activities to encourage physical wellness and active participation.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor / Diploma in Business Management, Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, Sports Management, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in areas such as student management, office administration, sports management, or hostel management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong presentation and planning skills.
  • Possesses strong networking abilities.
  • Knowledgeable about education standards and related requirements.
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with students.
