Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external contacts
  • Ensure office equipment and facilities are well-maintained
  • Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
  • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with administrative procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Office Administrator, or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with office management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
  • Knowledge of basic HR and accounting principles
