We are looking for an Administrative Executive to support our secretariat team in driving smooth operations and impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general administrative support to the Secretariat and Management Committee.
  2. Manage documentation, filing systems, and association correspondence.
  3. Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
  4. Support event planning, registration, and logistics when needed.
  5. Maintain member records and assist with membership services.
  6. Handle office operations including purchasing, claims, and basic bookkeeping support.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Interest or experience in association or NGO work is a plus.
