A leading company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Administration Executive responsible for maintaining documentation and supporting credit administration functions. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 2 years of experience, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining a proper filing and record system.
Prepare, process, and check the documents relating to Sale and Purchase, sub-sales, etc.
Responsible for responding and replying to inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Cross-check the received orders from the sales and marketing department and follow through.
Attend to other departments' inquiries on any other matters related to HR, finance, & sales & marketing.
Responsible for carrying out functions relating to credit administration and loan documentation.
Monitor and process documents relating to the conveyancing of properties.
Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignments.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 2 years of working experience with housing developers on credit control and loan matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu to communicate & deal with clients. Knowing Mandarin is a bonus.
