Job description

1. Accounts Payable: Process and reconcile invoices, credit notes, and payments.
2. Accounts Receivable: Manage and reconcile customer accounts, process payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
3. General Ledger: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, including reconciliations and journal entries.
4. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems.
7. Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter financial data into our accounting software.
8. Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of company accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements.
