About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative cum Account Assistant to join our dynamic team at SLOT DESIGN STUDIO(M) SDN. BHD. in Melaka. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the smooth running of our operations and ensuring efficient administrative and accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

Administrative Duties

Maintain office supplies and equipment

Maintaining and organising physical and digital office records, files, and databases, to ensure efficient information management

Manage and execute daily administrative tasks to maintain a smooth workflow within the office environment and project needs.

To handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.

Liaise with supplier/subcon for monthly claims.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

Support HR-related tasks such as recruitments, interview arrangement, leave and medical records documents

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance

Work and general tasks for Directors

Accounting Duties

Assist in invoice checking, data entry, and payment preparation.

Perform basic accounting support work such as document filing, matching DO/invoices, and updating payment records.

Ensure all supporting documents are properly filed and updated for audit readiness.

Work closely with internal team members and clients to resolve issues and enquiries.

Perform general accounts and admin duties as assigned by management fromtimetotime.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or equivalent are required.

Independent and Able to work with minimum supervision

Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Required Language: Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software

Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
