Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform related documentation (PES System & SAP System) - PO / TO / DO / GR.
  • To update related info in the shared tracking sheet for others stakeholder to better monitoring and follow-up on back order status.
  • Prepare, find, verify and organise new product creation for website i.e., product synopsis, content information, product category & product images.
  • Finding suitable product content information & images for use in website.
  • Follow up product information & images, product pricing, editing and proof reading content.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleas an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English,Chinese as an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to interact and communicate well with colleagues, work independently and organize complex clerical task.
