We are growing and expanding in Malaysia and South East Asia. Therefore, we are looking for a highly qualified and dedicated Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) based in our new office in Vervea, 14110 Bandar Cassia, Pulau Pinang.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team and management
  • Handle payment administration and online banking tasks
  • Assist in scheduling and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems
Minimum Requirements:
  • Professional training in the administrative sector and experience in online banking
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
